By registering as a rider with MANSA MUSA EXPRESS DELIVERY (MME), you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and the company's operational requirements.
1. Rider Verification
Riders must provide accurate personal, identification, licence, vehicle, and other information requested by MME. False or misleading information may result in rejection or deactivation.
2. Professional Conduct
Riders must treat customers, staff, businesses, and other riders with respect and professionalism. Harassment, threats, abusive behaviour, fraud, theft, or other serious misconduct is prohibited.
3. Deliveries & Customer Property
Riders must handle all packages and customer property with reasonable care and follow MME's delivery instructions. Riders must not open, tamper with, steal, damage, or falsely report the status of any order.
4. Uniform & Identification
When required, riders must wear the approved MME uniform and identification while carrying out MME deliveries. Company-branded items must not be misused or transferred to another person.
5. Payments & Cash
Where riders are authorized to collect payments, all money must be accurately recorded and handled according to MME procedures. Company or customer funds must not be used for personal purposes.
6. Safety & Road Rules
Riders must operate safely, follow applicable traffic laws, maintain a suitable vehicle, and use required safety equipment. Dangerous or reckless riding while performing MME deliveries is prohibited.
7. Customer Privacy
Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, order details, and other private information must be kept confidential and used only for legitimate delivery purposes.
8. Rider Account
Riders must keep their MME account information secure. Accounts must not be shared, transferred, or used by another person. Riders must not manipulate delivery, payment, location, or order information.
9. Unauthorized Activities
Riders must not use MME customers, information, branding, or platform to conduct unauthorized personal business or redirect MME customers to another service.
10. Suspension & Deactivation
MME may suspend or deactivate a rider's account for violating these Terms, company policies, safety requirements, or applicable laws. Serious matters may be referred to the appropriate authorities where applicable.
11. Changes to the Terms
MME may update these Terms when necessary. Riders may be required to accept updated Terms before continuing to use the MME platform.
